You may use images generated through RoomGlint for personal and commercial purposes, including client presentations and property listings, subject to our Terms.

Client Presentations
You may include generated images in client work. Explain when an image is an AI-generated concept rather than an exact model render, a measured plan, or a photograph of a completed result.
Property Listings
You may use generated images in property listings where permitted by the relevant platform and rules. You are responsible for reviewing the result and making any required AI or virtual-staging disclosures.
Rights to Uploaded Images
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the source image. Commercial-use permission for a generated result does not remove restrictions that apply to the original image.
No Automatic Exclusivity or Compliance
RoomGlint does not guarantee that an output is exclusive, copyrightable, free of third-party rights, or compliant with every listing service or local requirement.
Free and Paid Results
Commercial-use permission applies subject to the Terms. Free results include a watermark; paid results do not. This permission does not remove your obligation to review the image.
