Billing and Credits
RoomGlint uses credits for image generation. Each generated image uses 1 credit, and the same balance works across all three tools.

- The credit is returned.

- Valid for the current billing period; no rollover.
- Pack credits
- Valid for one year after purchase.
- Spending order
- Subscription credits first.
- Cancellation
- Effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds
- Reviewed individually.
- Plan changes
- Self-service upgrades and downgrades are not available in the first version.
Free Images
Signing in gives you 2 free images shared across AI Room Design, Virtual Staging, and AI Rendering. Free results include a watermark. Paid results do not.
The free allowance is granted once per account and does not renew. If a free generation fails, it is returned. Any unused free generations end when you buy a subscription or credit pack; from then on, each image uses 1 credit and has no watermark.
Monthly Plans and One-Time Packs
Starter includes 100 credits for $19 per month. Pro includes 250 credits for $39 per month. One-time packs contain 30 credits for $9.99 or 90 credits for $24.99.
Expiry and Spending Order
Monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Credit-pack balances expire one year after purchase. Subscription credits are used first.
Failed and Completed Generations
A failed generation returns its credit. A completed image may still contain unwanted changes. Such an image is not automatically a failed generation.
Cancellation and Plan Changes
You can cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Self-service upgrades and downgrades are not available in the first version.
Refund Requests
Email support@roomglint.com with the account email and purchase details. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Do not include full payment-card details.
